I was browsing the recent news in ekantipur.com and found a disgraceful article. It was about Mr. PrimeMinister's opinion of bringing political stability and drafting constitution in time. Mr. PM was quoted to have said that the only way out from the current stalemate condition of the nation is to let Ramchandra of Nepali Congress be the PrimeMinister for 1 month and then let Maoists take the position of PrimeMinister after that. For me, Mr. Nepal's idea of breaking the stalemate sounds, to me, like "hamro apartment ko khana pakaune paalo." Aaja ek jana le khana pakaune, voli arko le. Mr. Nepal, I have an idea which is even better than yours. Let the parties like Nepali Congress, your party, UNCP(M) and Madhesi JF elect PM candidate. and the 601 (mindless, senseless, flock of sheep who listen to whip of elite group, rather than people's voice) could amend the Interim Constitution to put on a provision that each party shall take PM's position for 1 month. for example, NC's Ramchandra is  PM for this month, UNCP's someone is the PM next month, and Madhesi's someone is the PM the following month and so on.  And I am sure, this provision shall be passed in the House by almost 95% majority.

[Image]Only the small parties who are afraid they would never get chance to form government would oppose this amendment. But, the majority could be made 100% if a guarantee that the leaders from small parties shall get one major ministry every month is added to the amendment. Or, a condition of making their leaders PM for 10 days or 1 week could solve the problem either.
