Ramchandra Paudel not backing up

According to the Kantipur daily, Mr. Ramchandra Paudel is not going to back up from the election for the post of prime minister. While being in Biratnagar, Mr. Paudel is quoted to have said, "My candidacy is not only for PM but also for peace, constitution and democracy."  He further said, " Nepali Congress has always stood for democracy and peace, and opting out of the prime minister's election would be like NC opting out from democratic norms." He said that he would not require PM post if peace and constitution along with democracy is guaranteed or obtained.

 

कांग्रेसले शान्ति र लोकतन्त्र त्याग्न नसक्ने वताउँदै उनले प्रधानमन्त्री पदबाट उम्मेद्वारी फिर्ता लिनु शान्ति र लोकतन्त्र त्याग्नु सरह हुने वताए । शान्ति, लोकतन्त्र र लोकतान्त्रिक संविधान निर्माण सुनिश्चितता हुनुपर्नेमा जोड दिदै उनले आफ्नो लडाईं शान्ति र संविधानका लागि भएकाले शान्ति र लोकतन्त्र सुनिश्चित भएपछि आफुलाई प्रधानमन्त्री पद नचाहिने उदघोष गरे । (kantipur)

 

As far as I know, running for prime minister post for consecutive 15 times show no motives other than PM's chair.
